Our Programmes

Kids 6-12

Football is an amazing outlet for children. It allows them to focus their energy in something productive and healthy. Playing football allows the children to have fun while also developing important life and social skills. Children should be allowed to make friends and develop a passion for the sport without the pressure of a competitive environment.

Youth 13-18

Youth players, who are over the age of 12, should be given the opportunity to mature as a player and grow into their skill set. It is important that we always foster a love for the game in the teenagers, but also that we give them more opportunities to improve their level of play. This means creating more leagues, tournaments, and access to better quality coaches to help them develop their talent.

Coaching

People choose to become Coaches for the love of the game, and the positive impact it had on them as players growing up. Good Coaches do more than just teach a child about football, they give them the confidence and skills they need to excel in life. As such, it is vital that our Coaches are given easy access to education and coaching infrastructure. Coaches need our support and respect for the influence they have over the players participating and the game’s technical development.

Referees

Referees have a very difficult but vital role to play in the development of the game. They need to be respected as game facilitators and not law enforcers. Without referees we cannot hold league or tournament games, as such these individuals need to be given our respect and support. Creating better working conditions as well as more trainings for referees is imperative to the development of the game.
